The RepRoom film

A short look inside RepRoom, the voice practice room for residential real estate agents.

Transcript

Nobody trained you for the conversation that pays you. RepRoom is the practice room for it. Pick a scene, talk it out loud, and lifelike buyers and sellers push back like real people. Then a coach scores you on five dimensions and gives you the exact line to say next time. Five minutes on your phone or laptop. RepRoom. Get your reps in.

RepRoom by RealEdge Labs is an AI voice practice room for residential real estate agents. Agents talk through real client conversations out loud, from a first sphere call to a listing interview, with lifelike AI characters who react to what they actually say. When the call ends, a Coach scores it on five skills and gives a short spoken debrief with what to try next.

Who it's for

  • New agents who need reps before their first real appointment, without an audience.
  • Experienced agents moving into harder conversations, like commission pushback or a price reduction.
  • Team leaders, brokers and coaches who want every agent practicing between meetings, with scores they can see.

How a session works

  1. Pick a scene. Each one has a character with their own story, motives and objections.
  2. Pick a level. Guided, Warm, Standard or Hard. The character opens differently at each level, so a brand-new agent can find their footing before anyone pushes back.
  3. Have the conversation. It's a live voice call from your phone or laptop. No script on screen.
  4. Get coached. The Coach scores rapport, discovery, value, objections and close, each from 1 to 10, rolls them into a 0 to 100 overall, and tells you the words to try next time.

Want to hear it done well first? Hear It First plays a short model conversation for a scene before you practice it, with the moment handled poorly, then handled well, then a quick recap.

Every scene follows the same rules we'd hold an agent to: commissions are negotiable and never called "standard," and fair housing applies in practice too, with no comments about who lives in a neighborhood and no steering.

What RepRoom isn't

It doesn't replace your coach or your managers, and it can't make anyone show up. It doesn't generate leads, and it only knows your local market if we build that into a custom scene. We wrote honestly about these limits in where AI roleplay falls short, and we compared RepRoom with other tools in the best AI roleplay tools for agents.

How brokerages start

Most offices start with a 30-day pilot for one office or team. We learn your conversations and where your new people get stuck, tune the scenes to your playbook, and let one office practice daily. At the end you'll see the scores and hear the difference. Commercial brokers have their own room, RepRoom Commercial.

Quick answers

What is RepRoom?

RepRoom is an AI voice practice room from RealEdge Labs where real estate agents rehearse client conversations with lifelike AI characters, then get a Coach scorecard on rapport, discovery, value, objections and close.

How much does RepRoom cost?

Founding rates are free for three sessions, $49 a month or $449 a year for one agent, $299 a month for a team of up to 10, and $799 a month for one office with unlimited seats. Larger brokerages and white-label partners are priced by contract.

Is RepRoom good for brand-new agents?

Yes. The Foundations pack has seven beginner scenes, and the Guided and Warm levels let new agents learn the flow of a conversation before a character pushes back.
