What does an AI practice room cost a brokerage?

Short answer: RepRoom costs $0 for three practice sessions, $49 a month (or $449 a year) for one agent, $299 a month for a team of up to 10, and $799 a month for one office with unlimited seats. Multi-office and white-label plans are priced by contract.

Most companies make you book a call before they'll tell you what anything costs. We'd rather you walk into that call already knowing, so here are the numbers.

The short answer

RepRoom, our voice practice room for real estate agents, is published with founding rates:

Free$0

Three practice sessions. No card.

Solo$49/mo

Or $449 a year. Unlimited sessions for one agent.

Team$299/mo

Up to 10 seats, team lead scorecards, assigned scenes.

Office$799/mo

One office, unlimited seats, custom scenarios from your scripts.

Multi-office brokerages, franchises and white-label partners are priced by contract. Founding rates are introductory, and we'll tell you before anything changes.

What pushes the price up

  • Custom scenarios. Writing a scene from your scripts, your market and your objections takes real studio time: the character, what they want, what they're hiding, and how the scoring should read their answers.
  • A new industry. Moving the engine into a field we haven't built for yet means new characters, new language and new rules. Our ABA room, Steady, needed different scoring than a sales room, because a new behavior tech isn't trying to close anyone.
  • Your brand on the room. White-label rooms carry your name, your colors and your onboarding.
  • Voice time. Every practice session is a live voice conversation, and live voice has a real cost per minute. Unlimited plans are priced with that in mind.

What it costs when nobody practices

This is the number that matters most, and it never shows up on an invoice. A new agent's first listing appointment is usually their practice round, with a real seller sitting across the table. If that conversation goes sideways, the brokerage doesn't lose $49. It loses the listing, and sometimes the agent, who goes home convinced they're not cut out for this.

Coaching programs commonly run $749 to $1,299 a month for a couple of calls. Those calls are valuable. A practice room is what happens between them: the fifty reps that turn what a coach taught into something an agent can actually say under pressure.

What a pilot looks like

Most offices start with a 30-day pilot. We learn your conversations and where your new people get stuck, tune the scenes to your playbook, and let one office practice daily. At the end you'll see the scores and hear the difference, and then you decide whether to roll it out.

What you're not buying

A practice room doesn't replace your managers or your coach. It won't hold anyone accountable on its own, and it doesn't know your county's comps unless we build that in. We wrote a whole article on where AI roleplay falls short, because you should know the edges before you buy.
