Ross Jones is the Founder and Chief AI Officer of RealEdge Labs, where he leads the products and the studio. He co-founded the company in 2025 with his wife, Tracee Jones, after years building platforms and media for real estate professionals.
A broadcaster first
Ross started in radio. He's a graduate of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, and he still thinks like a broadcaster: a clear voice, a real story and no wasted words. That's why RealEdge holds its work to a broadcast standard. Practice should sound like a real conversation, and content should sound like a person.
Digital marketing and media
From radio he built a career in digital marketing and media. He created CommercialRealEstateMarketing.com, which grew into CRE Marketing Hub, an AI-enabled education and productivity platform for commercial real estate professionals. Pavonis Capital acquired both, and they now live inside RealNex. He has also published more than 40 titles through RealEdge's publishing division.
What he builds now
- Voice practice rooms: RepRoom, RepRoom Commercial, the Landverse Deal Room and Steady.
- Voice agents: Call Camila, an AI receptionist for law firms.
- Platforms and academies: Landverse AI and custom academies.
