How RealEdge Labs makes money, and why one engine serves four industries
The business in plain English: what we sell, who buys it, what's live, what's in pilot, and what comes next.
Short answer: RealEdge Labs makes money from practice-room subscriptions starting at $49 a month, office and enterprise licenses, white-label rooms, Landverse AI memberships and custom academies, all built on one shared engine that serves four industries.
Investors ask us the same few questions, so here are the answers in one place.
What we sell
- Subscriptions. Individual and team plans for our practice rooms, starting at $49 a month per agent.
- Office and enterprise licenses. Unlimited seats, custom scenarios and dashboards for an office, a brokerage or a network.
- White-label rooms. Coaches, associations and technology companies license a room with their brand and their method.
- Memberships. Landverse AI is a membership platform with tools, education and marketing for land brokers.
- Custom academies. Training programs built for one company, first for OfficeEdge's front desk.
Why one engine matters
We build the core once: real-time voice characters, scoring, coaching and hosting. Then we tune the characters, the language and the rules for a new set of people. That's how we have four practice rooms on one engine:
| Room | Who it's for | Status |
|---|---|---|
| RepRoom | Residential real estate agents | Live |
| RepRoom Commercial | Commercial real estate brokers | Live |
| Landverse Deal Room | Land brokers | Live |
| Steady | New ABA behavior techs | Pilot |
Our legal products, Call Camila (an AI receptionist for law firms) and PromptEdge, are built with partners in the legal field and are in pilot or launching.
Why us
- We've done this before. We built CommercialRealEstateMarketing.com and CRE Marketing Hub, an education and productivity platform for commercial real estate professionals. Both were acquired by Pavonis Capital and now live inside RealNex.
- We know the people. Tracee was a realtor and made her name in commercial real estate. Ross started in radio, built his career in digital marketing and media, and has spent years building platforms and teaching on stages.
- We make our own content. Voices, films and the platforms themselves come from our studio, which keeps quality high and costs low.
