From the field

Tracee was a realtor before co-founding RealEdge Labs, and she made her name in commercial real estate marketing. GlobeSt. named her a Woman of Influence in 2021. Over the years she has coached brokers and agents across the country, from commercial firms in Houston and Arizona to residential agents in Kentucky and Florida.

Why RealEdge builds practice rooms

Tracee has watched the same thing happen in brokerage after brokerage: agents skip role-play, group role-play gives no one real practice, and a broker who's also selling has no time to train. New agents barely earn in their first year, and many leave. RepRoom came out of that: private practice that builds confidence before the real conversation. She has also seen that around year two or three, the agents who stay want to specialize in land, commercial, luxury or business brokerage, which is why RealEdge builds rooms by vertical.
